I am very blessed to consider Italy a second home and have traveled to many different corners of the splendid country, always amazed by, and in awe of, the beauty that surrounds me. On my most recent vacation, it was a different experience than in the past, more stone-conscious, so-to-speak. From ancient sites to classical churches to modern construction, natural stone is an integral part of the history of the country.
